Q: Do I have to sign-up to Xaeon?
A: Yes, this is a cross-platform promotion; you will need to create a Xaeon account to participate in the sale.
Q: What happens to my current VIP/UVIP?
A: Nothing will happen to it. We will simply amend your VIP time by adding the extra bought time.
Q: Example: My current VIP ends/rebill date is 11-august-2025 and I buy a year of VIP from the sale. When does it end?
A: Your new VIP ends/rebill date will be 11-august-2026
Q: Do I need to link my classic account to Xaeon?
A: Yes, in order for us to send you the classic VIP package, you need to link your classic account to Xaeon.
If you forgot to do this, don't worry, we have you covered. Your classic VIP time will only go into effect the moment you link your classic account and Xaeon account.
Q: Can I pay with my Trader account or Rays?
A: No, this sale is only available via credit card.
Q: How do I link my classic account to Xaeon?
A: You can link your XAEON and UV Classic accounts by visiting: https://app.xaeon.io/account/integrations
Log into your XAEON account
Click ‘Link Account”
Verify that you are connecting the desired classic profile and click “Connect”
Q: What do I get as UVIP?
A: As UVIP, you get additional bonuses including:
VIP Upgrade applied to all profiles in your merged account (up to a maximum of 5).

The population capacity of your world is increased to 25

Q: How do I set up a crypto wallet?
A: We recommend setting up a Phantom Wallet, but you can also use Solflare:

Q: How do I link my crypto wallet?
A: 1. In the XAEON launcher or using the web version (log into your account)
2. Click the "Connect Wallet" button located at the top right portion of the screen.
2. Select the type of wallet you wish to connect (Phantom or Solflare). Log into your selected wallet.
4. After logging into your wallet, go back to XAEON and click "connect wallet" again.
5. You will be redirected to a new window in your browser that will ask to confirm the connection.
Q: I see there are two ways to link my crypto wallet. Why is that?
A: There are two linking options because they serve different purposes:
During your VIP package purchase: Connecting your wallet after checkout tells us which wallet address you would like your $UTHR deposited into.
Through your XAEON account settings: Linking your wallet here enables in-game features like tipping other members and future wallet use in XAEON.
Q: How do I see the progress of this promotion?
A: Check out your Promotion Progress on https://app.xaeon.io/promotion-progress
Once you have successfully linked both your crypto wallet as well as yout classic account, the process bar will be full.
Q: Can I buy this for my friend(s)?
A: No, it is currently not possible. However, we are investigating how to facilitate that

A: Yes! The feedback from our community has been essential to getting Xaeon to a place where everyone can call home. Anyone purchasing the UVIP package will get free UTHR as well. Due to the extreme nature of this sale, we are limiting this to the first 2000 members who purchase it, so get it before they sell out!
Q: How do I receive my $UTHR?
A: Navigate to your Promotion Progress page(https://app.xaeon.io/promotion-progress) and follow the instructions to register your Wallet. Once registered, you will receive your $UTHR in around 1-3 business days.
Q: I tried to purchase a VIP package, but my card was declined. How should I proceed?
A: In the case that your credit card declined the transaction, we recommend that you reach out directly to your bank to ensure that they recognize the charge as legitimate. Sometimes your bank may block charges as a precaution when it perceives unfamiliar activity.
You may additionally see a $1 charge on your bank statement. The $1 dollar is a pre-authorization charge made to your credit card as a temporary hold; this will be refunded.
Q: I already have a regular VIP subscription in XAEON. Can I still take part in the promotion?
