Response Time

 Just Curious, I know that the tech support says, "should send a personal response back to you within 24 hours", but they obviously haven't. What is the normal response time for tickets?

 I am wondering the same thing... :-)

Same here, they have yet to get back to me in 26 days.

is easier to send email and get response than a ticket  it might get answered in month or 2 maybe
